Refund policy
We have a NO REFUND policy, which means we do not accept refunds. If your merchandise is damaged you have 48 hours to email us with proof of damage. We package everything with care and it is out of our control if something gets damaged during the shipment process. After we receive and inspect the damage, we will send you a replacement, or issue you store credit.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at divinelightgallery@gmail.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you shipping information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
